3. Payment
All transactions are processed via PayPal® in US dollar. You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
4. Secure Processing
Store.DoNotDestroy.com transactions are processed via PayPal® over secure processing called SSL Encryption Technology, which is the industry standard. 6. Shipping
Full credit card billing address must match the full address of the shipping. Product Shipping Point: Most of the products ship from our inventory in Los Angeles, California and Charlotte, North Carolina.
U.S.A. Shipping
Do Not Destroy Store is shipping with the U.S. Postal Service (Priority Mail® and First-Class Mail® or other Mail & Shipping Services). USPS Priority shipments have been delivered within 1-3 business days. Please note that USPS Priority Mail shipping is NOT a delivery time guaranteed service.
International Shipping
All International orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (First-Class Package International Service™ and Priority Mail® International or other Mail & Shipping Services). 10 days average delivery time with possible extra delays and expenses due to customs. We are unable to offer refunds or returns on any overseas goods.
Christmas Delivery
We are unable to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery of any order made after the 14th December.
7. Returns & Exchanges (U.S.A. Only)
We will gladly exchange an item or refund for online store credit only. Before sending the item back, please contact us via email within 5 business days of receipt of your shipment. We will advise on the appropriate course of action. If you are retuning an item, a 25% restocking may apply. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Items to be returned or exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached. We must receive the returned item within 5 business days of return authorization.
For any returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We do not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. We will refund or credit the product purchase price to your original form of payment. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
8. Damage and Loss
We will not be held accountable for any items damaged or lost in transit. It is the carriers’ responsibility once the package is mailed. If a package gets lost or damaged in transit, you must file Domestic or International Claim with the USPS to receive a refund (if applicable).
9. Purchase For Personal Use Only
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.
10. Sales Tax
Sales Tax 8.750% is charged to those orders shipped within the states of California. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to any other states.
11. Shirts
All Do Not Destroy Store standard t-shirts are printed in the U.S.A.

Each product page has links to sizing charts. Refer to these charts and any special instructions given per product.
12. Archival Prints
Do Not Destroy Store edition archival prints are Giclee Fine art Inkjet prints using UltraChrome K3 inks. All prints are A2 museum-quality prints on gloss finish paper or canvas. The ink has improved print permanence characteristics that provide lightfastness ratings of up to 108 years for color and over 200 years for black and white under rigorous industry accepted display conditions.
13. Downloaded Products
Once you have downloaded onto your computer any of the fonts, stock art, and digital software from Do Not Destroy Store website, you accept that those goods are non-returnable and non-refundable. If the goods are defective in any way, you agree to inform Do Not Destroy Store within 10 days and you will be provided with replacements.
14. Browser Recommendations
Please use a standards-compliant web browser for desktop and mobile such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Our site has been checked and can be viewed on Internet Explorer although irregularities may occur and certain functions may not be executed as intended.
